Verify Tank Agitator Speed Before Pouring
Set mechanical paddle agitator to low-to-medium speed (100–150 RPM). Never dump dry polymer into static or un-recirculated tank water.

Utilize Sifting Technique Across Recirculating Vortex
Pour powder steadily over 60–90 seconds across the recirculating stream. OHRA's engineered mineral particle spacers will physically isolate polymer grains during hydration.

Monitor Recirculation Pump Pressure
Ensure discharge pressure remains steady (40–60 PSI). If pressure fluctuates, engage full agitation for 2 minutes to break down any transient air pockets.
